Data Team
• The biggest accomplishments was meeting Standard 9 and completing the report. To achieve the criteria of Standard 9, a jurisdiction must complete a risk factor study and report on the occurrence of the five (5) foodborne illness risk factors. This study serves to identify risk factors most in need of priority attention to develop subsequent strategies to reduce their occurrence over time, and to evaluate trends over time to determine if progress is being made to reduce the occurrence of food borne illness risk factors at food establishments. THD met Standard 9 September 2, 2021.
•One data team member was a Standard 9 Q&A presenter at the Retail Food Program Standards Symposium 2022 which supported Food Protection by sharing our knowledge and experience with colleagues. Also, a Risk Factor Profile document was created to be a visual data representation of how a food establishment is performing compared to other food establishments in Tulsa County.
